I have been to two buildings in Rogers the last month that are leased and managed by Sage Partners and the Certificate of Operation for the elevators in both buildings were months past their expiration date. I wouldn’t usually notice this but the elevator rides were not smooth and gave me cause for concern to check the safety certificates.

We have been working with Sage Partners for years and they are great people to work with. I highly recommend using Sage Partners.
