IF YOU ARE A SMALL BUSINESS OWNER BEWARE. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH SAGE OR SPECIALIZED REALTY GROUP. They are con artists, they care 0 about small businesses, and they only want to get a few extra dollars even if it means potentially bankrupting a small business! What you can expect from them: unreasonable fees labeled as “maintenance fees,” unprecedented rent hikes that are literally not affordable, and don’t expect good communication or customer service once you’ve signed that lease! They do not care. The only way they’ll reply is if you lawyer up. I’ve never been so disgusted by a commercial leasing company in my entire life… cut your losses and go with Lindsey, Crye Leike, Realty Concepys literally ANYONE BUT THESE GREEDY CORPORATE CON-ARTISTS unless you care about hurting and possibly losing your business!

I have been to two buildings in Rogers the last month that are leased and managed by Sage Partners and the Certificate of Operation for the elevators in both buildings were months past their expiration date. I wouldn’t usually notice this but the elevator rides were not smooth and gave me cause for concern to check the safety certificates.
