I am a tenant under a property managed by Kelley Commercial Partners and they have been wonderful to work with. Clear communication, very helpful, transparent, and Abby Dean helped me find the office space suitable for my needs. When I own commercial real estate in the near future they will be who I use.

The 2nd star is for Kaley and Alex who have been great property managers for my leasing needs since 2019. You'll be well taken care of and responded to if they manage a property you lease. In the process of looking for a bigger suite, I was referred to other agents within KCP. I met with Carly Jo to see a property and while there we loosely talked about lease amount/ sq foot and I noted the improvements I'd like (paint, carpet, investigate water/mold spots on carpet and tiles). She said she'd send over an application the next day. That was May and I haven't seen the application. I followed up via email and a few phone calls and voicemail since and STILL haven't heard back. I can appreciate a property manager being a protective gatekeeper for a landlord, but the lack of professionalism here with completely ignoring a perspective tenant puts a bad light on the organization.

I would not trust this company to manage my real estate. Their mismanagement of real estate properties and complicity with a corrupt individual throughout the course of a legal dispute is rapidly draining the value of retirement investments of innocent bystanders. Maggie Hogan, the CFO, seems particularly indifferent to her court ordered fiduciary responsibility to respond to lenders. She has been dishonest at worst, incompetent at best. If that is the type of person leading this company, it would not give me confidence for the rest of the business.

Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.
For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.
Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.
While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.
With a monthly membership, Markham Executive Center offers 24/7 access to its workspace, allowing you to work at any hour that suits your schedule. Hourly and day passes, however, typically grant access during regular business hours only.
Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Kelley Commercial Partners.
Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.
While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Kelley Commercial Partners may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.
