The owner is super nice and everything is clean and not crowded at all. I love the ice bath and sauna circuit! 💪

I love this Gym! People are so friendly and upbeat! Lots of variety for classes and machines. Plenty of trainers and motivation! They make working out fun! I look forward to my gym time!

Great boutique gym overall. Love the all-in-1 concept that makes trying new things really easy while having room for my normal workouts. I'm not really a class kind of guy and normally wouldn't directly pay for them. With the membership, I now regularly incorporate them in my routine. Wins: -All included. The main draw for me - gym + coworking space + classes. For the price of similar or less than just a coworking space, I get a nice gym and classes I can jump in and out of. -Not overcrowded. Most times I can come in and comfortably superset on different machines without having to worry about moving my stuff. -Culture. It's a very relaxed, professional and friendly environment. Easy to come in and do your own thing or engage with others. Never had an issue of disrespect from other members. -Approachable staff. Most of the staff there are easy to talk to and available if you need to connect (shout out to Rush and Ross). Super flexible if there was something in particular I needed. -Nice extra touches. The sauna, cold plunge, free coffee, lemon water, fridge, meeting space, flexibility with having visitor meet with you, massage option, body scan machine (one of the few extra cost things)...adds up. -Lot of class options. Deca, Barre, Pilates, etc. System is very easy to reserve and ask a friend to join as well (an instructors like Catherine are knowledgeable and helpful). Haven't done a ton so can't speak to all but been great what I've done. -Lot of equipment options. Various unique machines and options you don't see at every gym. -Note on coworking: lots of space available and with varied seating. Call booths, desks, couches, whiteboards, tables, quiet and community sections, etc. It's very open and still not taken advantage of by many so lots of room. Things to Keep in Mind: -With all that's included, price is much higher than like a Planet Fitness if looking for purely just weights and machines (though much cheaper than a lot of the clubs and classes around which is more the space they're in). The buddy rate is very helpful with that. -Not 24 hours. Usually the store especially on weekends is open much earlier than posted for class but it's not 24-hour kind of place. -Coworking is new and still growing so community is limited if you need. -No basketball court or swimming pool if you're looking for that. Overall, definitely recommended it and really miss it when I'm traveling.

Waste of space and money. This gym wants to compete with the athletic club by offering classes and deca fit, but fall on its face with members who know what they are doing. I started here pre COVID and it was a great space with lots to offer. Since then they have converted the downstairs class area to a business center (why does a gym need a business center) that offers nothing and fired one of their best trainers to do so. Now they perform the classes in one of the main lifting areas and you feel as though you are being kicked out when they start. I work out Monday-Friday at a smaller gym on my work campus and look forward to Saturday and Sunday mornings (only times I have with a small child) to get my bigger lifts in. Tried to come today and had no warning they would be doing a DECA fitness competitio. I was not allowed to go into that area at all which cut half my workout. Most of the people are not members at this gym. With this cut in services you would think the price would be reasonable, but not even close. If not for my wife, my membership here would be terminated. if I could give zero stars I would. Before the changes it was easily 5 stars and right there with the athletic club. Sorry to say now it is no better than 10 fitness.

They only have Bumper Plates, but have a wide variety of barbells. The owners don't like weights slammed soo if you like Olympics lifts or Deadlifts be prepared to be reprimanded like you're training in a library. Pretty cool selection of machines, cables and dumbbells. Sauna can fit 6 people max so don't go when it's busy.
At 1207 Rebsamen Park Road, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Day Passs and Meeting Rooms are also available. In addition, Coworking Memberships and Dedicated Desks can also be booked on a monthly basis.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Clubhaus.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Clubhaus, who is more than happy to help out.
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Reach out here to set up a time to come and see the space.
