These geniuses gave a quote that said they needed 4.7 hours and $350 in labor to swap a battery out of my wife’s truck. This place WILL try to scam you if you are a woman. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else or learn to do it yourself.

We rear-ended another car on October 4th (the first picture is immediately after the accident). We chose Crash Champions for repairs because Allstate recommended them and it is close to our house. We scheduled the car for inspection on October 14th. We did not have any time to take the car in sooner and it presented no issues. That is, my wife drove it round trip from Fayetteville to Bentonville and back for work at least 4 times during the intervening 10 days. I drove it to the airport and left it for a couple days. Highway driving, city driving, air conditioning on full blast- no issues. There were no funny sounds, no indicator lights. I took my car in for inspection thinking it would take only a couple of days. The next day, I baffled when I was told that my car was considered a total loss. Then I got to see the results of the "inspection" (the second picture), which apparently consisted of ripping the front end off my car. I agree that it became a total loss. If I had to guess, I would guess that the shop regularly does business with Allstate and knows roughly what they want out of a 10 year-old car that requires a few thousand dollars of body work. I will go there once (obviously never again), so my repeat business is unimportant. Thanks to what was done, I am out a couple thousand dollars to top up the insurance settlement for a down payment on a new car plus the car payments. I owned this car outright (i.e., no payment), and it had only 89k miles on it, so I likely could have driven it for another couple years. I don't think I've ever written a review of anything on google before, but what choice do I have now? Choose a different shop.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
