We rented a conference room and also did some photography in the space for our company. Stephany in guest relations was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She answered all of our questions down to the little details and was so kind, helpful, and professional. We will definitely book again in the future.

We’ve been to a few different events on the top floor. This is a really cool venue with a built in bar to enjoy. Whenever we go to an event here we know it will be fun based on location alone. We’ve also walked to the top several times to enjoy the beautiful views. Such a unique multipurpose building.

Exceptional. I found it impossible to stop smiling because this place was a complete delight. The staff was the perfect level on the attentive scale. Everyone was so nice, helpful and professional. Highly recommend!

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Ledger Operations Community, LLC.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Ledger Operations Community, LLC, who is more than happy to help out.
