Local team is excellent. Great people! But internet has been out for nearly an entire month without any definite plan communicated to restore as of week 3 of outage. Regus points to an A+ contract to prevent any depreciations against them apparently. Subpar IT and restoration plans to say the least. Go with other local coworking / office space options, which are also cheaper.

They room was nice but the bathroom needs some love. Some of the tiles around the shower is falling off and the wallpaper is peeling. Not something that you would expect from that type of hotel. The valet was awesome.

Make sure you read and learn about evergreen contracts before you sign this lease. They are very helpful and nice to get you signed and then evade when you attempt to terminate; even by regulations set in the lease. Class action lawsuit should be contemplated by the amount of reviews in the BBB.
