Been here for a year and thought it was time for a review. Absolutely love it here! Staff is amazing, location is perfect, and there’s a lot of interesting people coming and going. After working remotely from home for 4 years, I stumbled in and have loved it ever since! This place has it all, even an outdoor track around the lake, but watch out for the feisty geese 😉

My team and I spent a year at this location, and while the staff were friendly and the location itself is convenient, our overall experience was disappointing and not worth the money. The offices are extremely small, making it difficult to justify the cost. We ended our lease over 30 days ago, leaving the office in excellent condition as we barely used the space. However, we have yet to receive our $2,000 deposit, which is concerning because their terms say 30 days and it has been well over that. During our time there, our cards were charged multiple times without authorization for various weird fees, raising serious questions about their financial practices. Attempts to resolve these issues with their finance department have been frustratingly difficult, as it’s nearly impossible to get in touch with them. I cannot recommend signing a lease with this company. If you must use their services, I suggest opting for hourly arrangements or, better yet, exploring alternative options. Proceed with caution.

I went there for a meeting. It was a hotelling space adjacent to Redstone Arsenal. I liked the facility.
