Attempted to inquire about coworking space and day pass options beginning 4/15. Over the course of six (6) days, we emailed, called, left voicemails, and submitted the online contact form — multiple times across both channels. To date 4/21, not a single response. For a business built on the premise of professional workspace and community, the complete absence of basic communication is both surprising and telling. A coworking space that doesn’t respond to prospective members isn’t a workspace — it’s a vacancy. We ultimately are taking our business elsewhere and would encourage others to set their expectations accordingly before investing time trying to reach this location. 🙋🏻♀️🙏
