This has been the most unprofessional experience I have ever had, from not being fully told about the conditions of the facility (not having air the entire summer), the owner being nasty and making comments only when I’m not there to my staff who never even asked to meet me to address any concerns if there were any, to a child running the facility and not knowing how to appropriately deal with customer service issues. Statements of saying “all money isn’t good money” but still continuing to charge my account after I discontinued my membership based on the information I was given. I would never recommend to anyone.

The building has a safe entrance... code only and doorbell. The building is clean.

I have attended several events here. Great multi-use facility. Great co-workspace, open and airy. They can accommodate small offices, meetings, product introductions, and celebrations. This space is central to downtown Birmingham and within blocks to the Civil Rights Museum , Kelly Ingram Park and 16th Street Baptist Church. Numerous eateries , Barbershops and Health & Wellness spas and stores. Modern decor. Management is top tier I would recommend this space and the team here.
