Negligent medical doctors Birmingham Radiological group is still listed as having an address in this location although in a recorded phone call (see video below) in May 2022 their building manager told me they were not located here and only had a then defunct virtual office. I have run into conflicting information on this company before. 3 member doctors of this group (Julian Patrick Druhan MD, Angus Baird MD and Donald Shane Kelly MD), radiologists, misdiagnosed medical image scans (X-Rays, CT Scans & MRI I had done between 2018-2019 at Saint Vincent's East Hospital (Ascension) & American Health Imaging). I went into the emergency room and to doctors believing I had broken my neck or skull. The doctors took these scans and typed up in official records I had no injury. I obtained the images and written records later and found in them I had broken the basilar area of my skull & several inches diameter of infection. You can see crack in the bone yourself in the images and over 100 hours of video at yootoob channel mymedicalnightmare. -I filed complaints against each doctor in 2021 (dismissed and thrown out unfairly by the Alabama Board Of Medical Examiners). -Attempted to contact the medical practices who refused to put me in touch with the doctors or correct the errors. (Meanwhile I had medical bills worth thousands stacking up from these same visits and the erroneous readings). -Called BRG CEO Doyle Stewart in a recorded call you can hear in my videos. Told me he could not help me and would not give me the contact information to speak to the offending MD's personally. -They play major phone games at BRG and use trick voices etc. Becky Burgess who answered the phone in one call was extremely rude and told me I had the wrong number when I wanted to talk to someone about my Angus Baird MD scan for AHI. She claimed BRG didn't work with those doctors anymore, however, as of 2025 the page listing the MD's is still active and live on the BRG website. - BRG has just launched its spinoff business VISA vascular interventional radiology in Sept. '25. Their office is in the same building as American Health Imaging off 280 across the street from Grandview Medical Center. -Former partners AHI were forced into a $5 million dollar federal settlement in 2024 to address allegations of offering kickbacks to radiologists. -CEO Stewart tried to lead me into another dead end and told me not to show the scans to any other MD's because they could and would not look at them (this was not true). -The read / diagnoses errors lead to major complications in me getting proper acknowledgment and treatment because anyone else who dealt with me would operate from the starting point that had been scanned and had no injury (SEE IMAGES). I was also physically disabled and can not prove disability unless a doctor reports and records my condition and injury. -Complaints filed with Birmingham Radiological Group (Alabama) appointed Shannon Sykes (who holds no medical qualifications or certifications) through which to issue a rebuttal to my 2021 Better Business Bureau (BBB) complaint as a consumer.

The team at Southbridge Regus is great. My beef is with the company as a whole. I rented a space there for about 6 years. The rate went up in the middle of a lease so I'm not sure what good the leases are. I was charged $200 once and asked what the charge was for and no one could tell me and ended up paying it anyway. I was charged a second deposit fee after my existing lease in one of my offices rolled over from a 24 month term into a month to month term. I'm sure I'm not getting that back. And afyer moving out of my one office I was charged a $652 "restoration fee". They're nice enough offices but after shopping for a new office you find they're really overpriced for the square footage. My new space is twice the square footage and $300 less a month. Again the receptionist and team are all nice, it's the Regus company at large you have to watch out for. I advise anyone who rents here to watch your monthly invoices carefully line by line. Charges are sometimes vague and unnecessary and because the company is so big and based out of another country nothing is ever done about it.

We have used Regus for several years now and we have been content with the services but today was exceptional! Tongia was the receptionist and upon our first encounter I knew she was different!! She was professional, energetic and a problem solver!! I suggest Ms Tongia be the trainer for all receptionists with Regus bc she made a great impression on our staff and our clients. I hope she stays at the Southbridge location!!

  • Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Regus.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
