Been using them as my workspace for the last 2 years at least. It's a great workspace with plenty of hotdesks at affordable prices. The best part is the additional monitor that is provided at each desk.

Booked day passes for my colleagues here. Evelyn handled my request and was great: swift, and extremely personable when we met onsite. The office is nicely decorated, the hot desks are spacious and conducive, with plenty of nooks for calls and to speak with others.

The same issue occuring again after 1 year from my last posting. Cant get in on sunday but this time nobody can help. Made no mistake, the rest of service like the facility are very good and the staff are friendly and helpful in normal manned hours. I have booked a day pass but cant use it today

I had the opportunity to work from N9 Offices in Airview building Singapore for over a week and I absolutely loved the space. I decided to travel to Asia while working remotely as a software solutions engineer for a U.S. based company. While other co-working spaces did not allow me to work after hours (US east hours), Ho See Yiang was kind enough to allow me to work during my work hours (8pm until 6am). They set me up with a virtual key and a dedicated locker for the week. Avoid other co-working spaces such as JustCo or WeWork as they’ll try to get you to sign up for a monthly membership to get overnight (after hour) access. If you’re ever in Singapore looking for a nice co-working space in a pinch, I highly recommend these guys.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with N9 Offices.
