Avoid. [edited to add what appears to be significant mould in the shower]. A really below standard experience for an expensive airport lounge. I paid 86.40 SGD, expecting to receive some decent food, a drink, and an opportunity to relax before my flight. However, this lounge is all about customer volume and showed no care for any level of customer experience.
When I entered, it was less than half full, yet 60% of the food trays were empty. Furthermore, all the food trays were unlabelled - so I don’t even know what is missing, and have no idea the names or ingredients of the little food I was able to ingest (for example, the chocolate cake had a VERY strong taste of nuts - I would hate to have an allergy of some sort, as you would have to spend quite some time tracking down someone to explain each item of food to you).
Additionally, there were no glasses for drinks. No ice for drinks. A bar that was closed and a whole section that was closed, with no signage indicating if they are ever open…
I booked a shower in advance, after being told there was a strict 20 minute time limit, only to be told at my allotted time that the shower isn’t clean and I would have to wait until someone is ready/able to clean it.
And I’m currently typing this from a TINY booth that has a flashing lamp me and my neighbours are laughing/lamenting over.
Avoid if you can. Lift your game Blossom.
