Uclub Suntec maybe one of the more economical co-sharing location in Suntec, but the main reason we did not renew with the contract is because of the lack of response whenever we communicate anything is not positive concerning the management people. I have several incidents with Janice Leow which from my point of view borders on bullying. Here are all the matters that state the facts about Janice. These are facts which were recorded by their CCTV but they claimed that it does not capture any sound recordings. I wonder if these CCTV were installed either 10 years ago (?) or the CCTV were not working. 1. Janice tended to “side gaze” me when I passed by the main counter, or whispers to her colleague as she gazed in my direction. Such is the negative environment that I have endure during my contract with U-club. Any early termination would result in more than $18k of deposit. Thus we are trapped. 2. One incident is the video-taking incident which I went to the counter alone then to request to use the lobby due to bad lighting in the meeting room which we had booked for the whole day, but her reply was rude, unprofessional and sounded insulting in front of her part timer who witnessed the whole incident, but dared not respond. 3. Another incident is the lack of communication when they came to our office during working hours with ladders to come and do air con checking/ servicing. We said that we had cleaned our tables the day before and this date for maintenance was not informed prior. She argued that it was pasted at the door, and even emailed, but that information was concerning the Suntec Management, not UClub. Although Carin replied formally in the email and on behalf, the main culprit could not put down her pride to apologise sincerely to us their customer. 4. The main lobby was often booked for event, and whenever this happened, we cannot access the only coffee machine though they do provide a standby coffee machine sometimes. 5. UClub Suntec is mainly occupied by tenants who have the habit of talking loudly in the main lobby area, either between themselves or on the phone. For those of us who are either sitting there quietly doing some work, we often had to walk over to ask them to speak softly, which then we will be responded with the same glance of irritation, as though it is their own right of talking loudly that should be respected. Not all are such, but the few of bad apples are good enough spoil the whole basket. 6. Pilfering of packets of Milo, coffee, biscuits, paper towel or paper cups or any other foc items at the pantry is one of the bad habits that some displayed at the co-office. Such distrust between the management and the tenants caused the pantry to always have a lack of consumable items which the rest of the tenants are entitled to. When the janitor ended his work at 4pm, we have nothing left to drink, except for coffee or plain water. 7. The lack of understanding of local working culture is also visible by the lack of cleaning up the pantry table after the tenant used, or did not take due care to tie off the eaten packet to keep the strong smell in. Our room being next to the pantry can smell their lunches. 8. Finally, although the contract stated that the deposit will be returned within 30 days, we received the amount exactly in the 30th day. Such is the lack of goodwill from them to past tenant. Nothing wrong with this response, but surely there is nothing good in this too. Some may read that maybe my standards are too high, but one must judge the standards according to the price we paid and the location we chose to make our office. And thus with the blessings we received, we decided to leave this unprofessional setup and setup our own office within the same Suntec, where we can set the high business standard that it should have.

U-Club incident Bugis May 2024 to Aug 2024 Suntec Aug 2024 to May 2025 We first became tenant at the Bugis taking up a medium size room from May to Aug 2024 before upgrading and moving to U-Club Suntec from Aug 2024 to May 2025. Being a professional firm that is trying to find our own footing and direction, we had to upgrade our room type and size every few months, from medium size room at Bugis, and then moving to Suntec and having a 2-room + 7-room to a 4-room + 11-room due to growth in our business. Because of this, we also had to make several requests that may have caused the U-Club ops manager Janice Leow’s inconvenience and thus incur her unfriendly attitude towards us. Be mindful that we make our monthly payment promptly and did not dirty the place. One of the occasions was the request to use the main lobby for our website photo taking as the lighting in the meeting room was not satisfactory, but it was turned down. The issue was not so much of why it was rejected, but the manner and tone this was conveyed, that sounded not just unfriendly, it also had a tone of insult and curt. We confronted the management to see the interaction via the recorded CCTV but they did not agree to let us see the recording, reason being that there was no sound recording(?!!). Another occurrence was also the cleanliness of the meeting room. The operation side should have helped to ensure that the rubbish was cleared by the previous tenant or at least reminded them to do so, instead of us having to clear the smelly rubbish bags and wiped the table. U-Club should have tried to educate their tenants from other countries, that the local culture here is based on initiative and responsibility, that we cleaned up after use of the rooms. Another example is Janice saying that they had emailed every one on the internal air-con checking and servicing date in April 2025, when the she mistook the notice she had put up for Suntec air-con in May 2025 as the same. This disrupted our works and we even have to cleaned up the dusts that fell off from the aircon vents. We had also feedback to U-Club several times of the loud talking over phone or online meeting, as one of our unit is next the common pantry. When it was first feedback to them, Janice replied that they have the right to talk even loudly in their room, that we should not drop a note to them concerning their loud talking. However, our neighbours did take it gracefully and began to talk softer, though we still have to endure the loud online meeting some do it in their common area instead of in their room, or the meeting rooms. On record via email, they wrote the usual apology, but that was not reflected in the attitude of the ops people, certainly not with Janice too. After such unhappy occasions especially interacting with Janice, whenever we passed by the main lobby, we can feel the unfriendly hush-hush that Janice and the staffs seemed to be gossiping about. I guess we do have to tolerate the other cultures when they operate in Singapore, but I also think it is the responsibility of U-Club and the ops side to educate them, so that we can work in a conducive, quiet and professional business environment. And thus for that we have low review of U-Club, and we got a unit in Suntec tower, a place we can call our own.

An ideal corporate environment to house guests and business associates. Great support from the centre manager, Janice.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • With a monthly membership, Suntec Tower 2 offers 24/7 access to its workspace, allowing you to work at any hour that suits your schedule. Hourly and day passes, however, typically grant access during regular business hours only.

  • Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with UClub.

  • To truly understand what Suntec Tower 2 has to offer, we recommend scheduling a tour to get a firsthand feel of the environment and amenities. Fill out this form to let us know the date and time that works for you, and we'll be happy to show you around.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.
