I genuinely enjoy working here. The location on Duxton Hill couldn’t be better. It’s one of those neighborhoods that naturally sparks creativity. I love that the MRT exit is right by the temple; every morning I get a tiny “tourist moment” before heading upstairs to work. What really makes it special, though, is the community. People actually know each other, so casual “office talk” happens naturally. It feels easy, friendly, and grounding. And in terms of affordability, it’s honestly some of the best value you’ll find in this part of the city. And I have to mention Erlisa at reception! She’s consistently warm, helpful, and creates such a welcoming first impression every time I walk in.

It’s been a great experience being part of the TWC space. I’ve truly enjoyed the environment and really appreciated the amenities and perks offered. Unfortunately, we’ll be relocating our coworking office to the town area, so we’ll have to end our lease at TWC. I’d like to highlight how helpful the community managers have been—especially Kaikai, who consistently brings positive energy and is always welcoming with a smile. If I have the chance, I’d definitely love to return to work here again!

This is an excellent shared working space. The environment is conducive for work and you will never walk into TWC a day without being greeted by the friendly Lisa, Kai and Zali who are always welcoming. TWC will make all the arrangements you need for meetings, teleconferences and general networking sessions. Rates are reasonable and incentives are available where referrals are made. Meet the crew when you can and this vibrant hood will be your village.

Just wrapped up a great event at Overlap @ The Working Capitol! Amazing space with all the amenities to organize a seamless event - access to a huge TV, AV, water dispenser, fridge, power points, washroom. We used the Boardroom at the back of our event space for catering, as it has a separate entrance/exit, minimizing disruption to our event 🔥 We comfortably held 45 people for 8 hours and a networking session at the end. Huge thanks to the superstar Kai, for helping us to organize the space and paying attention to the smallest details like signages and USB ports. He was helpful and so responsive to our questions during the planning process! 🌟

Frequently Asked Questions

  • 28A Keong Saik Road has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with The Working Capitol.

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with The Working Capitol, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Please reach out to The Working Capitol for more detailed information on membership options and pricing.
