I had the pleasure of co-working at Life Science Incubator, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the modern, clean, and well-organized environment. Here are a few highlights that made my experience exceptional: State-of-the-Art Facilities: LSI is equipped with the latest technology and equipment, making it the perfect place for any project. Whether you need automated liquid handlers, advanced microscopes, or high-speed internet, they have it all. Collaborative Environment: The community at LSI is incredibly supportive and inspiring. I met so many like-minded individuals who were eager to collaborate and share ideas. The staff organizes regular networking events and workshops, which are fantastic for professional growth. Flexible Membership Plans: The flexible membership options cater to various needs. This flexibility made it easy for me to choose a deal that fits our research timeline and budget. After spending a week on researching, LSI is the most affordable, quality lab co-working space in Singapore and we couldn't have made a better decision than to have a bench space. Shared facilities do not require additional fees too, which is a huge help for cash-strapped startups looking to build up initial proof-of-concept work. The team is amazing as well, so it was a wonderful experience. With the new space located near to Biopolis, I highly recommend budding biotech startup founders to consider LSI! No regrets!

As an independent biotech researcher it is difficult to obtain lab space that is both affordable and fits all my criteria. I was lucky to stumble upon LSI several months ago and find out that not only do they provide full-fledged BSL-2 Lab space, but that they are also very supportive of early stage startups like mine. I have received so much help from Regis and Niamh in the start of my journey that part of my success will be thanks to them. I can definitely recommend LSI to any biotech researcher/startup in Singapore that needs a place to call home.
