FALSE ADVERTISING, UNFIT FOR WORKING. 1. This is nothing more than a nursery business selling out spare space in its own office for an atrocious price, considering what a lousy work space it is. Nobody other than their own staff come to the office. 2. Don’t be fooled by the website photos, they are edited. The space is one tiny room, one meeting room which they charge $50 a hour to use (they don’t advise this when signing up) & one tiny phone booth (which is limited to 30 mins use). All around ridiculous and not suited to working. The chairs are wobbly and not suited for ergonomic office use. The desk space is literally 30cm by 100cm. There are no monitors, just power points. They don’t even open the blinds to let light in. 3. Toilet facility is disgusting. They use the sink in the toilet for washing their dishes and even leave a “halal sponge” and non halal sponge by the toilet. The staff members use a water hose and leave water all over the toilet seat with no consideration for others. Unhygienic and gross. 4. The “kitchenette” basically only has hot or cold water and nothing else. There js no sink, no coffee or tea (coffee is charged at $1 per serve lol). The fridge is only for staff use. Basically good for nothing. 5. You are watched on cctv 24/7 by someone remotely and someone who is in the office is sent to tell you off when you enter the meeting room (even though there is no advice that you cannot use the room & there is literally no one in the office and you are not disrupting anybody). 6. They play Chinese music on the speakers all day long and it is distracting and unlike a professional work environment. No consideration for that fact that others are not Chinese speaking or trying to focus on work. 7. The office is in an INDUSTRIAL building on the 6th floor rooftop. This is NOT an office building. There is heavy truck movement all around and no safe walking space to access the office from the lift. The surrounding businesses are car mechanic workshops. The lift is always overheated and over crowded with no proper ventilation. The lift is prone to breaking down and you are required to climb up 6 flights of stairs in the heat. When it rains, the entire rooftop gets flooded to ankle deep water and there is no shelter to get to the lift. DO NOT BE SCAMMED BY THIS PLACE.

One of the most affordable working space in the west. Great facilities. In the centre of the amenities.
1 Soon Lee Street is open during regular business hours listed above. For any other requirements, make sure to contact the operator directly.
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Reach out here to set up a time to come and see the space.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Vertical Space, who is more than happy to help out.
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
