I had a great experience with them. Their responses were always timely and prompt, and all the administrative processes were smooth since everything could be done online. Many thanks to Andy for your support! The location is also convenient - just a short walk from Paya Lebar MRT and the facility is clean and well-maintained with proper air-conditioning. I’ve used another storage provider in the past and noticed a strong “storage smell” on my items afterwards. I didn’t have that issue at Storefriendly at all there. Overall, highly satisfied and would highly recommend their services.

Went down to view some storage units as we’re shifting house and was served by Andy. He gave us a great tour of the units and shared with us more on about the prices. Overall was professional and a interactive person! Would come back again.
