The staff were warm and accommodating, and the floor manager - Ms Erni, took the time to give me a personalized tour of the available offices. I appreciated her recommendation to visit another center in Republic, showcasing the team's commitment to finding the best fit for clients. What struck me most was the transparency in pricing, devoid of high-pressure sales tactics or hidden fees. The straightforward and professional approach was truly refreshing. I'm eager to recommend this center to my future clients, and the addition of views to all offices would be a major selling point. The office space has a fantastic location, the view is stuning and has great accessibility to public transport. I had a great experience viewing the serviced office with the help of my agent. The team was welcoming, and the floor manager (malay cum chinese lady) was especially friendly and helpful. While I ultimately decided not to take up the space as the smaller unit didn’t have a window, I truly appreciate the suggestion to start with a smaller unit and the offer of first consideration when a window unit becomes available. I’ll definitely keep this option in mind for future expansion. Thank you, and I look forward to reconnecting again!

I had a great experience while searching for office space. The unit with a fantastic view caught our attention, but unfortunately, due to our heavy-duty furniture, we couldn’t fit everything comfortably. The lady assisting us was incredibly helpful, offering several suggestions to accommodate our needs. Even after our visit, she went the extra mile by reaching out to ask for details and dimensions of the items we wanted to place in the office. We were truly touched by her dedication! She even took measurements and provided guidance on how we could arrange our furniture within the space. Despite her best efforts, my management has decided to explore options in the East for a change. Nonetheless, I truly appreciate the warm hospitality and assistance. Thank you, Ms. Erni, you’re such a gem! Hopefully, we’ll have the chance to work together in the future!

The view of the office is very nice! The CSO ladies at the reception are always very friendly and nice. They have helped to receive the coffee I ordered and place it in the meeting room for me early in the morning before I reached office during my company meeting. It’s always good to start the day with the cheerful greeting from them too.
