KMC has teamed up with a Singapore-based and internationally renowned design agency, Contrast Design, to help them bring a different class of workspace to life in the new Podium West Tower located in the heart of the Ortigas CBD in Mandaluyong city.
The building is pre-certified with the LEED Gold Mark by the US Green Building Council and awarded the provisional Green Mark Gold award by the Building and Construction Authority of Singapore, proving that it is an eco-friendly, energy-efficient, and sustainable development, which also currently sits atop a 5-storey luxury mall.
1. Building strictly mandates all visitors to provide a government ID in exchange for a visitor pass for the turnstile and elevator access. You may provide a driver's license, passport, or any government-issued identification card.
2. There will be 5-10-minute registrations in the ground floor lobby depending on the number of visitors, so please allocate some time prior to your scheduled activity.
3. The building also follows a dress code so please refrain from wearing shorts, slippers, sleeveless top or tattered/ripped jeans.
4. Just a gentle reminder that the Hot Desks are on a first come first served basis.
