We were heading to the restaurant and one of the staff member coming from outside stepped in a very cold and unfriendly way to say there is a private event and unless we are not part of it we can’t enter. The way and tone used showed 0 empathy and no sense of service. We wont come back.

Normally I don’t write reviews, but this place was so bad I had to say something. I’m just some customer, but I won’t be coming back. Last time, I waited forever for my order, and it came out all wrong.. like nobody’s keeping things around here together? The staff at the counter were friendly and trying hard, but I feel like something’s seriously wrong here. I saw some girl who seemed in charge mostly on their computer instead of helping out when things were a mess. Also, the quality was pretty awful and the prices are way too high for the bad experience and service I got imho. I don’t know who’s in charge, but they’re clearly not doing their job. It’s a total mess, and I wouldn’t tell anyone to come here; there are way better spots out there.
