We had the nicest welcome ever. The staff here are beyond lovely and helpful and welcoming. The rooms have everything you need (we had one with a kitchenette which was great) the safe downstairs and a fab, super food and selection. We had a great stay, thank you

Super hôtel situé face à la gare de Delft. Très pratique pour des excursions d'une journée à Rotterdam ou La Haye. La petite ville de Delft, bien connue pour sa porcelaine et les œuvres de Vermeer mérite aussi le détour.

I had a confirmed and prepaid reservation. Due to a payment processing issue on the hotel’s side while trying to extend my stay, the hotel cancelled my entire reservation, including the already paid night, without my consent. No accommodation was provided, yet my money was kept. This is not a misunderstanding – this is service not provided and money being withheld without any legal basis. What makes this even worse is that the hotel did not provide a proper response, avoided responsibility, and simply pushed the issue back to Booking.com instead of resolving it. I have written proof showing that both the hotel and Booking.com shifted responsibility to each other, leaving me without my money and without service. This behavior is unprofessional, unethical, and unacceptable. I am now forced to involve my bank and consumer protection authorities. I strongly warn other guests: be very careful. A confirmed reservation does not mean your payment is safe here.

Prima verblijf gehad met Oud&Nieuw. Vriendelijke ontvangst, schone kamer en duidelijke communicatie vooraf. Fijn dat er naar ons verzoek vooraf werd geluisterd om niet naast een lift te zitten. Enige punt van kritiek is de kortingscode bij inschrijven nieuwsbrief. Als die wordt toegepast gaat ineens de reguliere prijs omhoog waardoor er van de korting weinig meer over blijft. Waarschijnlijk niet iets waar deze vestiging iets aan kan doen, maar wel vreemd.

Highly recommended – excellent value for money! I truly enjoyed my stay. This hotel clearly demonstrates that outstanding quality does not have to come at a high price. Highlights include the exceptional breakfast with a wide selection of fresh, high-quality products, the attentive and personal service despite the hotel’s size, and the ideal location for both leisure and business. The stylish, creative design and impeccable cleanliness further contribute to a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. I also greatly appreciated the hotel’s strong commitment to sustainability, which is thoughtfully implemented without compromising comfort. Conclusion: A thoroughly enjoyable stay offering far more than one would expect for the price. I would happily return.
