I have been a tenant for a few years. The location is good and it looks neat, but there are structural problems. Locks often do not work, it is a mess every time, and there is a lot of dissatisfaction among tenants. Only after a ''half uprising'' of about 15 companies that threatened to leave all at once, minimal improvements were made, which are still being implemented poorly as far as I hear. Several tenants have since left. That is not their biggest problem. The biggest problem lies with the financial settlement, especially upon departure. For example, an amount was wrongly withheld from my deposit. After acknowledging the error and several promises to repay, I have still not received the money despite several confirmations. It now appears that the shareholder has given instructions to retain an amount of only €669 from the deposit, according to them for their liquidity, and that according to them this is 'simply stated in the general terms and conditions'. No solution, no responsibility. For such a small amount they treat you this way while you have paid a serious amount of money all that time. A shame and as an entrepreneur completely incomprehensible.

Great nice location! excellent services and lunch!
At Campus Delta, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Day Passs are also available. In addition, Coworking Memberships and Dedicated Desks can also be booked on a monthly basis.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Campus Offices.
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Campus Offices, who is more than happy to help out.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
