Nice co-working place near the University of Applied Sciences where mainly younger people work. You can also rent meeting rooms.

I've been there once now and the location is very nice. Also to have lunch outside and get coffee (no vending machine), which is literally at the door (Het Lokaal). The space is large, well-organized, clean and you have several places to sit. If you prefer a coffee shop feeling, then you are in the right place at the basic places. If you prefer ergonomics and an office feel, that is also possible. The prices are also good and it's great that you can also rent in half-days. The lady at the entrance is super friendly. The only thing that really bothers me is that the employees who work here in the office also use this room to hold meetings (in the open space where I just work at my desk), to have conversations with each other and to make phone calls; that is very disturbing.
