Renting at Werkvilla is fantastic. My office has direct access to the roof terrace, so you can work in the sunshine at any time (weather permitting). The open atmosphere means you meet lots of friendly people and develop great collaborations. Highly recommended if you enjoy a friendly atmosphere!

Tastefully decorated building with roof terrace, various office spaces and a shared space for flex workers in the attic with a beautiful view over the Utrechtseweg. I have been using the latter with great pleasure for a few months now. Not a second of regret that I traded the kitchen table at home for the coziness of the Werkvilla!

De Werkvilla - No. 15 has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with De Werkvilla.
