I recently rented a studio at Twenflex in a beautiful building (completely in the 60s style). In terms of contact, I can say that Twenflex and in this case specifically Robin, is quick and personal in answering questions and looking at options. You quickly know where you stand and what is or is not possible. In addition, there are several extras that make the location very interesting. For artists, the Mollerwerf is across the street with an exhibition/workshop/creative space, you can easily "just" walk over there to see what is there and make contacts. Furthermore, you share the building with various companies, artists, design agencies, photographers, etc. If you are looking for a creative workplace, you have come to the right place. The spaces themselves are striking due to the 60s style that can be found in every inch of the building, combined with the luxuries of today. The spaces are offered incl. wifi, electricity and security. Which ensures that you can come in with peace of mind every day of the year and start working. I can definitely recommend the company!

Very good location to have your own business. Nice and neat office spaces for fair rents. The landlord is a friendly, helpful man who likes to think along with the tenants! I am a very satisfied tenant!
