Great place with really great tenants! It's so nice that it's become so cozy here. Lots of love for De Stadstuin; they really make Hoofddrop a lot more fun.

Last April, I signed a one-year lease with Stadstuin Kaaphoorn. Barely a month later (early June), they declared bankruptcy due to poor communication. So I can kiss my two-month deposit goodbye. In short, you can understand why I feel pretty ripped off by Stadstuin. It seems to me that you know their financial situation a month in advance. I had to hear it from a fellow tenant. Then suddenly they have brand-new locations, a flashy new website where they proclaim they have "500+ happy tenants" and future locations in Rotterdam and Paris. I think I can speak for the few hundred tenants at the Kaaphoorn location that we're definitely not among them. Maybe Tim Hofman can still pull something off.
