This place is highly recommended. It's mainly populated by companies focused on one thing: growth. This creates a really good, inspiring vibe. The landlord, Scale-hub, is very flexible and willing to help if you need more capacity (temporarily or otherwise). In short, it's the ideal location for startups and scale-ups.
