If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. I was looking for an office space, and this company, Tribes, offered me a space of about 60-70 m². I had a viewing and made clear agreements about the price with Guillio, the salesperson for Tribes. Guillio promised me all sorts of things and put the office contract in writing, but it turns out he secretly changed a few things and made me sign everything. Then the director gets angry, even though I, as the client, rented the space, and the contract states completely different things. In short, if you get Guillio on the phone, or don't do business with this company at all, I'll save you the headache. There are plenty of other office landlords who are honest and transparent.
Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.
For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Tribes.
