In our location Engstraat 18, the national monument building "Den Vergulde Handschoen" we offer a number of facilities, including workstations and meeting rooms. These are flexibly available for anyone who needs space for a short or long period of time.
Stimulans Vastgoed BV was founded from a great passion for monumental buildings. By restoring the buildings and giving them a new purpose, we hope to be able to preserve the buildings for the future. Many historical buildings are empty or are used minimally. That can be done differently. Times change, but the buildings remain firmly standing through the centuries. How can we optimally use these beautiful buildings again in the present day? That is what drives us!
