I booked here through Airbnb, but due to unexpected personal circumstances, I wanted to change my reservation to new dates. The Social Hub referred me to Airbnb support, after which The Social Hub never responded to me or Airbnb support to change my reservation. In short: I lost my money without any response. I will never stay here again.

Loved everything. Great staff, great service, great amenities. Nothing more i can say! Enjoyed myself here.

The Social Hub has neither the comforts of a dorm nor a hotel. Rooms are constantly filthy (never vacuumed, never dusted, never have anything but the sink in the bathroom cleaned). Kitchens are worse (broken glass on the floor, cigarette butts everywhere, smoke detectors that seemingly don't work). Social events are rare and sometimes cancelled without notice and almost all cost extra. Staff are dismissive - whining about how they dont want to "be your guys' mom" as an excuse to force residents to try and curtail behaviour a la the kitchen smoking and broken glass with each other; As if you, the resident paying upwards of a thousand euros a month, should have to be the mom of the random strangers on your floor instead. Not to mention, frequent water issues and the internet cutting out for the entirety of exam week. Overall, the only possible reason you could justify staying here is if you're international student and need a BSN badly. If that's you and you're still considering the Social Hub, I'd advise only booking the shortest stay possible and finding your own place ASAP. Everyone else: avoid at all costs.

I stayed at the hotel for about 12 nights, but I had an absolutely terrible experience. My money and cigarettes were stolen. They said they would refund my money, but it left me traumatized. I couldn't sleep at the hotel at night anymore; I only went there at night. My hotel room was cleaned only once in 12 nights. I had to buy towels and toilet paper from outside. I would actually like to get my money back, at least half of it. I didn't pay a small amount of money; I paid close to 1150 euros. The manager helped me, and I thank him for that, but this has now created trauma for me when staying in hotels; it has affected my mental health. They even put up a sign outside while I was sleeping, 3 or 4 times.
