We used the rehearsal space for over two years, and after a promising start, we said goodbye to Robert. Communication is difficult because questions are either not answered or only answered very late. We found that suggestions for improvements are not appreciated. It's a real shame when you're just starting your business. Learning from your clients' experiences should be your top priority. Financial Arrangement and Settlement The financial arrangement is unusual, to say the least. You pay per person. So, a five-piece band pays more than a trio. Invoicing is irregular, sometimes late, sometimes exactly the day after the end of the month, creating confusion about what should be paid and when. Refreshments are supposed to be paid per session, while we only received the bill for them upon our departure, starting in November 2023. The Rehearsal Space The space is stage-style, cluttered, and because of the house band's drum kit, you have to sit on an acoustic set, which is always broken up in the corner, in the next corner. This means there's no decent space for the other musicians, forcing us to stand lower in front of the stage. Far from ideal. Earlier, we had a hard time convincing Robert to replace the drum skins; they were old and worn, but in his opinion, still in good condition. The accompanying mixing console is so elaborate that it might be suitable for professional use and concerts, but therefore unusable for a rehearsal setting. Further impression Furthermore, the building is cluttered, unfinished, and gives the impression of being used more as a storage space for the house band. It doesn't look professional, even though the website promises otherwise. Construction materials are scattered everywhere, and equipment is loose and not built in. The seating area, consisting of some old benches in the rehearsal space warehouse, is not exactly inviting and isn't heated in the winter. 'Customer-friendly' When we picked up our equipment, we were briefly told that if we left a negative review, we would be sued for libel and slander. This is not the epitome of customer service in our opinion. Quite the opposite. Conclusion We find it unfortunate that a young entrepreneur apparently doesn't understand what it takes to retain customers and doesn't grasp that bad experiences are widely shared among musicians in the Arnhem-Nijmegen region. We have paid the outstanding amount and are happy to have said goodbye to Kaza. We wish Robert some time for self-reflection. Postscript: After this review, I received an email with a comment on it, from [the company]. Apparently, they have no intention of changing anything, and a good customer service approach remains the most difficult point for Kaza Werkpunt. It's a shame.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with KaZa Werkpunt.
