For my graduation research, I met with Mr. Witteveen at the IT Hub and was impressed by the professional, open, and forward-thinking collaboration. The IT Hub plays a strong role in the region by connecting education, businesses, and young professionals in an inspiring way. What struck me most was the positive energy and the clear focus on talent development, innovation, and lifelong learning. The collaboration with DNA NEXT also visibly contributes to a strong learning and development environment for the technology sector in the Northern Netherlands. In my role at Bureau Blinkers, I have really enjoyed working with the IT HUB. For example, we jointly provided a super fun workshop on image creation with AI for communication professionals. And we worked with students on a Mixed reality experience for the Meta Quest 3. IT-HUB is an inspiring place in Hoogeveen that is committed to collaboration and innovation in the northern Netherlands. Nice spaces and workplaces to organize something, network or just enjoy an afternoon of work. Recommended!
