The contract management is AWFUL. They force you into strict deadlines and are inflexible. If you want to cancel early, there are steep penalties. That alone makes me not recommend it for entrepreneurs. Overall, the experience with the virtual office service is average, although everyone is very friendly. On several occasions, I was told that no one answered when they called the assigned number.

If you are looking for an option for Cowork, don't think twice, I have been their client for years without any problem and you can use all the NEX coworks nationwide, I didn't know they had them in Cancun and I was stupid enough to hire at SACH, I haven't even been able to cancel the contract, they claim that for one month it was automatically renewed and now their lawyers are charging me 14 thousand pesos for the entire year that I won't even use. It is an abuse, so they should be careful and not even think about going with them.
