Terrible service from Mercado Libre, and judging by the owner's responses, it's clear he's never run a business before because he doesn't know how to answer questions, haha.

At a sushi place, the staff members tell me they don't have sushi, only drinks. Either they didn't want to prepare the sushi for us or they simply don't have the ingredients to prepare either of the two. It's bad, it's better to close.

Lack of common sense, closed-mindedness, and poor customer service. This is the first time I've had a return rejected by Mercado Libre because, according to the code they scanned on the return, it's a barcode, not a QR code. Instead of resolving the issue and crossing out the barcode with a marker (as they do at other Mercado Libre return centers), they rejected my package. They show no skill or initiative to resolve something so simple.
