The staff is mediocre. There's never anyone in the lobby to explain anything to you. They basically want you to reserve the meeting rooms yourself. I agree with various reviews that the staff is arrogant and/or superficial. I highly recommend the Campestre branch in Arboleda. The atmosphere is childish and unprofessional. Don't sign a one-year contract with 30 days, you'll be completely disappointed. The equipment is old, they don't have any smart TVs or apps, and the internet doesn't go over 5MB. They never have anything you might ask for ready, and you have to ask for it more than five times. You don't have direct access to the premises unless you rent a physical office, and they don't have one available. You have to sign a package that basically includes nothing. You don't have access on your own. Every time you arrive, they ask you who you are. Please don't make the mistake of falling into their trap. You'll be waiting 10-15 minutes a day to get in. If you want to, sign a contract with iOS at the Arboleda branch. Don't forget that, in addition to your monthly bill, there's almost 3,000 pesos for parking per employee, hehe. BAD EXPERIENCE IN EVERY SENSE OF THE WORD
