It's not worth renting private offices; the internet included in the rent is terrible, and they never do anything to fix it. They tell you the solution is to hire a private office for yourself, but I think that's unfair since you're paying rent "with internet included." Nowadays, internet is key to working online, and if you don't want to have problems with that: DON'T RENT THEIR PRIVATE OFFICES.

Terrible, they answer WhatsApp after hours. I went in person to be shown the offices and they told me I had to make an appointment via WhatsApp, which they didn't answer. The worst customer service I've seen in years.
