The plaza is very pretty, but I've been there several times and there's no water anywhere in the plaza; you can't even go to the bathroom. Today, I was surprised to find there was no electricity and everything was closed. Furthermore, more and more businesses are closing down; they've already removed the Santa Clara ice cream shop. I wish they could pay attention to these basic things.
