I arrived without an appointment and they helped me. I looked at a catalog and told them the type of dresses I liked—simple ones without lace—and they only showed me four dresses, all with lace. I asked if they had more, and they said no, that those were the only ones. I experienced exactly what I'd seen in other reviews: they pressure you too much to buy because otherwise it will cost more later. Unfortunately, I reserved it because of this pressure. The dress is pretty, but it was definitely a decision made under pressure, and I should have looked at more options. You can make payments, which is fine. But I think it was incredibly rushed, and the insistence was so excessive it became very annoying. Another thing is that when I went to pick it up, they cut it to your measurements and said they would hem it and add little hooks to raise the train for dancing. They handed it to you in a bag, and I didn't see it again until my wedding day. It was terrible; they put a really ugly seam on the tulle and added two hooks, when there should have been two. The hoops were supposed to fit each hook, but one was put on incorrectly and ripped the tulle, and another wasn't put on at all; they just left a pin that I almost sat on—super dangerous! They can't be that careless. Overall, a bad experience. They have their good points, like the payment options, but they definitely make the visit very stressful. And if you buy from here, I recommend that you check it when they deliver it, just in case you have this bad experience.
