The facilities are quite comfortable and offer good services. The problem for me is that access is a bit awkward, especially if you're in a hurry. There's a lot of circling around to access from the parking lot. However, once you know the process, it's a matter of finding the time, but it takes many years, yes, so you have to keep an eye on it.
