Entrepreneurs' gathering, accessible and quiet place

I booked for today the 24th from 9am to 6pm; It's 9:14 am it's closed, I call and they don't answer, I knock and they don't open until 1 minute ago a semi naked man with very red eyes opens the door and no one has arrived and they should have given me the key. It seems that they scammed me... No way, I will have to report to Soluciones Jurídicas, owners of Zentro Coworking & Office.
