The receptionist doesn't give you any information. Her answers are very arrogant, and she's slow to respond to questions and inquiries. She seems to feel like the owner. I don't know how, after so many criticisms, they haven't fired her. The internet is very slow. What's the point of having amenities if nothing works there? And besides, they even greet you with a face when you're paying for a service from a mere employee.

I don't know what function their offices have, why if it's not a person shouting why they don't even know how to sing, it's loud music at 12 at night, ridiculous, let those of us who do work sleep.

Terrible service. Jessica's receptionist's attention leaves much to be desired. Good service outside of the infrastructure goes hand in hand with the attention provided by the employees. It's the only reason I wouldn't hire their service again.
