Es un edificio pequeño pero con lo necesario para realizar el trabajo del día. Cuenta con espacios de esparcimiento y lugares para realizar eventos pequeños. Cuenta con cocina equipada para llevar alimentos y comer sin salir del espacio. Cuenta con la tecnología necesaria para la conexcion de diversos dispositivos

Terrible service. They don't honor contract agreements, don't return deposits, and stop responding. I've approached more than four different people, and no one has resolved the issue or taken responsibility. I've been here since February 2025, and they still haven't resolved my issue. Especially Carmen Mejia, the manager of the Insurgentes Sur offices. I would never recommend them. Avoid the embarrassment and inconvenience.

Terrible place to rent, they don't give you your money back, they don't stick to established agreements.
