Terrible service during my training. Several customers left, 3 people in the store and only 1 was paid because another was on the phone and the other was called to assist and he was more concerned about adjusting the music than serving and did not serve anyone.

Terrible treatment by the employees. Today, my mom and I went to the store, and one of the customers started making very rude and unpleasant comments to several women who were there. We tried to ask the staff for help, but they just hid, siding with the aggressor, and completely dismissed the insults the man had made, questioning whether he had really offended us, even though they were listening to everything they were yelling at us. It's impossible to believe such indifference, such lack of humanity and empathy.

I don't know what's happening with customer service today, especially a blonde girl at 12 noon, she was super indifferent with the attention, they are no longer friendly and the shopping experience gets worse every day, that's why the robots are going to eat us, they are friendlier than us as humans.
