The mutual fund companies have AWFUL SERVICES. Be careful with the lawyer when you rent one of the apartments they manage, since they make you sign a promissory note (which is illegal) and tell you that it is company policy. Also, the girl Claudia who presents herself as the manager, my boyfriend was going to rent an apartment and they didn't have the keys and wanted us to leave. We said no, and she acted super arrogant and rude and told us "well, if you don't want anything, that's fine." BE CAREFUL WITH THIS TYPE OF COMPANIES, BOTH THE OWNERS AND THE NEW TENANTS, because THEY ARE ABUSIVE, AND IF YOU DON'T GIVE IN, they behave rudely and do everything possible to not keep their word, because it's definitely A SCAM.
