Privacy, excellent service, and a comfortable place to work. A welcoming space. Parking is the only thing you need to look for because there isn't much available.

The place is great. The area is very quiet, so it's ideal for studying and/or working without any problems. They have stable internet, and in my case, they allowed me to connect via Ethernet; I just had to bring my cable. The coffee they offer is good. And even better, it's included with the Day Pass. The staff is attentive and friendly. They answered all my questions at all times.

There's currently a small but very interesting bookstore in that same building. It has a selection of literature in German, French, English, and Spanish. They also organize book clubs in those same languages. I hope this space thrives and continues to function as a cultural center.

It's a good concept; the day pass is attractive for working from home, but I feel the open bar is a bit restricted, and I feel a bit embarrassed about ordering, as if it weren't right. Perhaps if they left supplies for self-service, that could improve. The house is interesting, however, the furniture they have is somewhat austere and uncomfortable; perhaps better chairs and tables would make the stay longer and more rewarding. The cost-benefit ratio, from my point of view, isn't worth it (around 300 pesos for a voluntary stay). Finally, the place has a mosquito breeding ground 🫠, perhaps because of the concept of warm and low lighting, which encourages mass reproduction. Perhaps the concept alone isn't for me, but in my opinion, if there were improvements to what I've mentioned, I could become a regular customer.

I loved the place. The service I received was incredible, and I hope to return soon. I was given a tour of the entire house, and I think everything they've done is wonderful. It's over 100 years old, and you can tell they've put a lot of love into caring for and maintaining it. The only thing is that I was attacked by mosquitoes, so I recommend bringing repellent if you're like me (a mosquito magnet), hehe.
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Reach out here to set up a time to come and see the space.
Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Most spaces offer month-to-month memberships, enabling you to adjust your workspace to your changing needs. Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.
While your membership agreement may have specific terms regarding changes, don’t hesitate to reach out to Estudio Infame to discuss accommodating your adjustments.
Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.
C. Manuel López Cotilla 1080 operates during regular business hours, as indicated above. For access outside of these hours, please contact the operator directly to inquire about any available options.
For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.
On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.
Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.
