I rented an office for a year with them and unfortunately it was a bad experience, the phone line never worked even though it was reported on multiple occasions, on one occasion when I arrived at my office at approximately 11:30 am I found one of their employees sitting in my office playing with her cell phone. They told me where I could park because there was another car parked in the space that was assigned to me (and that I paid monthly), tomorrow will be three weeks since I handed over the office and they don't even know how to tell me when they will return my deposit.
Regarding what they responded to me, I clarify that the change of account WAS DONE AT THE MOMENT OF DELIVERING THE OFFICE, BEFORE THE RETURN PROCEDURE INITIALIZED AND A FEW MINUTES AFTER GRANTING THE FIRST ACCOUNT, so I do not think it should be an excuse for NOT KNOWING the day of the return, and if you read my comment carefully, I never said that I was not aware of the procedure, I commented that tomorrow the term was up and they still didn't know what day it was going to be deposited (it was already deposited to me by the way, apparently I had to insist and comment through this medium for them to do it), I contracted the parking space and paid for it with you because YOU OFFERED IT TO ME and I have all the messages where I told them that more than an hour had already passed and they didn't tell me where I could park, on one occasion I parked somewhere else because my space was occupied and then if YOU They asked me to remove myself because “that was not my drawer”, so they are not responsible for my drawer being occupied but they are responsible for removing me if I put myself in another, the email that I receive from the SAT only says that they are requesting a cancellation of the invoice, it does not explain to me the reasons why YOU want to cancel that invoice, reasons that they did not give if they were not questioned and it seems strange to me that you tell me that they have email for everything because I have messages and proof of all the problems that I mentioned and that I even told them NO THE BILLS WERE ARRIVING TO ME and it was worth it to you that the telephone (which is supposed to have also paid for that service) never worked and I reported it on several occasions and in general about everything I said in the first paragraph
