I'm very upset because I couldn't relax with the karaoke bar in the plaza. I told the manager and he said they can't do anything.

Tourists I was disappointed with this hotel. The parking lot is disgusting. At checkout, they wouldn't let me leave because they said the system wasn't working to open the gate and allow me to leave with my car. I almost missed my flight. I thought I was being held hostage. It took a long time before the supervisor authorized them to open the exit. The breakfast is a 4/10 or 3. Something like that. The room isn't too bad. A 7. The shower is good. A 7. They had the room ready for me at 12 pm when I arrived, but they didn't give it to me until 2 pm. Disgusting is the word that comes to mind when I think about these reception employees who refused to give me the key at 12 pm. That's how we left it.

Nice hotel, suitable for long stays as they have rooms with simple kitchen and it also has laundry room and gym for its guests.
