UPDATE BECAUSE MY COMPANY MADE ME RETURN: Went from 2 stars to 1. Housekeeping doesn’t come until 5:00 p.m. Apparently you have to request them to come earlier. Elevators are still terrible. Thank goodness there’s a JW nearby. This place is a joke. This Marriott property fell far short of expectations. It lacked the attention to detail you'd expect, with noticeable cost-cutting —elevators that frequently malfunctioned with key cards, no glasses in the rooms, and see-through toilet paper. Unfortunately, the experience felt more like a budget hotel than a Marriott. Attempting to modify my reservation was equally frustrating; the website was unresponsive, and no one answered the phones. As a Gold Elite member, I found the service disappointing. I won’t be returning and will be advising my colleagues to look elsewhere.

Rooms and Service are good. Restaurant is pretty good as well. They have water fill stations on every floor, which is fantastic for Mexico. However, the gym is really poorly equipped. 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical, 1 exercise bike, some free weights and that's all crammed in a small area where maybe 5 or 6 people can workout at max. The Wifi is terrible. It kept dropping call quality was really poor, and couldn't even get email work done. That was really problematic especially on a work trip! Pricey, and one would expect the amenities to be decent, but not all positives. Other than that, a lot of potential. Thank you AC - can't say we'll be back though :(

The Hotel is ok But the Employees are terrible They all demand Tips at the pool area they talk bad behind your back even they have been tipped , and overnight reception are not Friendly at all they’re already telling you what you will be charged with before you even check in ,they force to pay the tip and they are not happy to help with any questions you may have
