I booked a private room, and the place was filthy, as you can see in the photos. You can find better options on Airbnb or other hotels for the same price. They also charge an extra 3.5% for paying with foreign cards. Horrible experience!

Antonio excellent place to relax and meet people from all over te world. The rooms aré comfotable and very clean, everything from bathrooms to the kitchen, the kitchen Is super big, and the garden Is a place you could spend all day. The staff and volunteers at recepción aré super friendly and helpful

Excellent experience at Leveli! The atmosphere inside the hostel was fantastic, the location is excellent, very close to Avenida Chapultepec where there are tons of things to do, and the prices are super affordable. In short, I have nothing but gratitude for the excellent stay. Thanks to all the admins and volunteers, and greetings to Tony, Dominic, Maja, and Alan. Tony is a great cook! 100% recommended for anyone planning a booking.

I recently stayed at Leveli Hostel and was very disappointed with the overall experience. The kitchen was especially frustrating - the Teflon pans were completely scratched up and covered in soot, making them almost unusable. The water dispenser in the kitchen was *always* empty, no matter what time of day I checked. On top of that, the dishes were constantly piled up on the drying rack, giving the kitchen a chaotic and unclean feeling. The bathrooms weren’t much better. There was *never* any toilet paper available, which is something I would expect a hostel to restock regularly. What bothered me as well was that some of the staff seemed to be drinking during their shifts, which did not create a professional atmosphere.

It's great for those who want to work. In the mornings, many people are taking online English classes. The reception staff is very helpful and organized regarding sleep schedules. The kitchen is always busy; it seems many volunteers use it and cook there. The bed is super comfortable. The door handle on the room needs fixing. Overall, recommended for quiet and respectful people.
