An excellent option for a peaceful and relaxed getaway. It has a great location and very reasonable prices. I really loved the attention they give to guests. I personally met Alan, a member of the staff, who I found to be a very attentive and friendly person. He was a great help during my stay. Antonio and Jaime at the restaurant also provided excellent service 🤙🏽🤙🏽. I will definitely be back! I loved it!

I stayed in room 1 for two weeks and they never swept or changed the sheets. There are more volunteers than guests, and most of them are rude and arrogant, acting like they own the hostel. Very uncomfortable.

*I'm editing this review, after the preposterous response from the business owner. 1) no misunderstanding. You didn't reply to my messages on the WhatsApp group. I asked for reimbursement on there and was ignored. Yet somehow it's my fault. 2) I went with your volunteer to Tlaquepaque. No one went by public transport. We all went together in an Uber. This wasn't a "choice" as you're making out. 3) you're right, I only saw you on the final day of my stay when checking out. That doesn't mean I was "in my room the whole time" 😂. It means you werent working the shifts when I came and went. We were out of your hostel all day every day exploring Guadalajara and Tequila 🤷♂️ Interestingly, there always seems to be "misunderstanding" when people leave a bad review. No acknowledgement of any wrongdoing at all. A great way to run a business. Do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere, this place stinks. **** I'm not one to complain much about properties I book, but this hostel was very strange. We arrived late after a delayed flight and were lucky there was someone on reception to let us in at 4am, as the check in instructions they had provided to us beforehand were wrong. The codes to enter the building were entirely incorrect. The next day we were invited to the hostels Whatsapp group for it's social activities - a nice idea! That night, one of the staff members was taking out a group to Tlaquepaque to join in the celebrations for Day Of The Dead. We joined the group, but I was asked to pay for the Uber to get a group of us there. Stupidly I accepted. A few people disappeared as soon as we got there, so I asked the staff member to help me get the funds back and kindly asked on the Whatsapp group too. I was ignored by everyone (including the staff), so essentially I paid £20 of my own money to get a group of people staying at the hostel to an event they were putting on. More signs required to ask selfish guests not to take 25 minute showers when there are only 2 showers with hot water in the entire building. I know the hostel can't control how long people take, but some signs to remind people may help. I managed one hot shower across 3 days. There's a lot of long stay people at this hostel, it has a very odd vibe. The positives are it's located not far from the main sights of the city - around 15 minutes walk. Beds were comfortable and air con worked well.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Leveli.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Leveli, who is more than happy to help out.
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Reach out here to set up a time to come and see the space.
