Beware, this hotel is infested. I stayed in mid-November, and at night when I went into the bathroom and turned on the light, there were these little creatures that look like bed bugs. I just saw a review from a woman who said she woke up with welts on her arms. It's a shame that a hotel of this caliber has these problems. Incompetent staff. They don't honor reservations. I requested a room with two beds two weeks in advance, and I had already paid. When they saw it was for two people, they automatically assigned me a room with a single bed, assuming that both people in the room could sleep in the same bed. I called to ask why they did that; it wasn't right. I had booked a double room well in advance, and their excuse was that the system assigns rooms automatically and they were already full. Terrible. No hotel in the world does such nonsense. You book and request rooms in advance for a reason, and their "system" sold me a studio room with two beds. I won't be back.

They change the prices. There's no hot water. The TV remote doesn't work. Dust on the floor. I'll never come back. Terrible service.

Estuve hospedada 10 días, ya que viajé por trabajo. La ubicación del hotel es excelente, queda muy cerca de la colonia Americana, que es una colonia emblemática de la ciudad, con mucha oferta gastronómica, artística, cultural y nocturna. Se encuentra ubicada en una plaza muy linda y Gran Plaza, que es un centro comercial, queda muy cerca. El servicio es bueno, las instalaciones de la habitación son buenas, lindas y muy prácticas. El desayuno es rico, no muy variado, pero tiene lo básico para hacer un buen desayuno. En cuánto a limpieza la habitación estaba bien, sin embargo, yo no sabía que hacen el cambio de sábanas cada tres días, y eso a mí no me parece adecuado, así que yo pedí que me lo cambiaran diario y no hubo problema. Como únicos detalles: • El baño despedía un olor a caño, en la parte de la regadera. • El refrigerador suele hacer un ruido que puede llegar a despertarte durante la noche. • Un día al despertar, amanecí con ronchas en mi brazo. Tuve miedo que hubiera algún animal o algo en mi cama, lo revisaron y al parecer no había nada, sin embargo, me quedé con esa inquietud. Sin embargo, en general la estancia fue buena y el personal amable.
